Five different hops are used in the beer with dry hopping (Belgian hops) techniques reinforcing their fruity and spicy character. It results in a dry, bitter beer with a delicate aftertaste.

The various stages of fermentation, top fermentation and refermentation with wild yeast, mean the brewing process of the beer is at least 8 weeks.

OMER. Brut Nature is a ‘living’ beer which evolves in the bottle. Young beer is characterised by a bouquet of fresh hops, with a fruity note and pronounced bitterness, light on the palate and a less firm collar than a beer of six months. The older the beer gets, the more the ‘Brett’-character will take the upperhand.
